Background: Hayato was born the night before the Uchiha clan were annihilated. His parents hid him in the house of their friend and left him there. His parents gave him an amulet before they left. They died that night, slain by their own kin. Several years pass and he becomes an academy student, through the years he was taken care of his adoptive parents. As an academy student, he learned the ways of a shinobi. He was always late and often sleeping at his class but he showed exceptional strength of a ninja. Hayato was averagely good in ninjutsu and genjutsu but was never fond of using taijustu, . . . the only thing that was special about him was his incredible speed that no other could equal him in running. Everyone in his class always laughed at his stupid jokes and at him everytime he was being scold. He aces test easily at ease. No one really knows he is one of the great Uchiha, only his parents(step-parents). One night, his parents(step-parents) were murdered and he was blamed for the crime, but he was never proven guilty. Everyone at the academy suddenly changed their attidtude towards him. He felt alone, and was ready to give up, he didn't know what to do anymore. As he was walking home, he hears a cry for help, he ran as quickly as possible and saw a group of kids beating up one small kid. He yelled at them to stop but did not listen, so he rushed to protect the kid but found himself outnumbered but still, he protected the small kid. He was going to faint in a matter of seconds . . . suddenly, he heard a voice yell and all the kids that were beating him ran away. Before he fainted he saw a glimpse of his savior, his teacher form the academy. The next morning, he woke up and saw the boy and the boy thanked him. He returned to the academy and continued training. Now, he knew what to do, it was to become stronger in order to protect other people, this village, even if they all hated him.
Few minutes Later, his teacher joined him, Hayato recognized it was the teacher who saved him. His name was Hatake kakashi. Hayato was given an offer to be trained by Kakashi and he accepted. Everyday Kakashi would try to improve Hayato's speed and ninjutsu. One afternoon, he started to wonder who killed his parents(step-parents, since he had no idea he was adopted), so he asked his sensei(Kakashi). Kakashi told him a story about a clan named Uchiha, about an eye technique called sharingan. He wondered why Kakashi was telling that . . . after Kakashi had finished telling the story, he concluded that he was just adopted, and that his parents were murdered by the same clan as he was, the murderer's name was Uchiha Itachi. He felt angry and cunfused. He still didn't know who killed his adoptive parents, he asked Kakashi but even he didn't know. That night, he was walking the streets alone, suddenly, a person came out of the shadows and said "I thought Sasuke was last but before me lies yet another survivor"(this is itachi by the way). "Who are y..?" but before he could finish a kunai was already pointed at his throat and thrusted it but Hayato turned into wood. He used replacement Jutsu and stabbed Itachi from behind but it was just an illusion.
Itachi then kicked him from behind and he fell to the ground. Itachi was delivering a death blow but Hayato finally opened his Sharingan and evaded the attack. He used sunshin no justu but Itachi just counter-attacked. Hayato then feels dizziness and his chakra was dsipersing, he fell to his knees and accepted this was it for him . . . he thought he was gonna die but Itachi's body slowly evaporated, but before he could leave he said "Become stronger, than me or my brother . . .". Hayato fainted. The next morning his sensei asked what had happened. Kakashi said "Good thing you're alright, he must've killed your adoptive parents too in order to find you, but i guess they gave their life for your safety". Hayato returned to the academy and saw another student training hard on the grounds. His name was Bayate Ichijouji, they sparred that day and the outcome was a tie, they swore on that day, that they will be rivals.
